A finishing cell includes an oven, spray booth, and conveyor which can fit in a space as small as 10’ X 15’.  Cells can be equipped for liquid or powder coating applications. Application equipment can be manual or automatic with gun triggering. A finishing cell allows parts to be injection molded, painted, dried, and packaged for final shipment, with minimal handling or intermediate packaging. Reduced handling helps minimize part damage.

They can be designed for one-sided parts or two-sided parts. As with any Blasdel oven, additional elements can be incorporated, including:

• Multiple oven zones
• Continuous run or indexing conveyors
• Oven phase down/shut down when no parts are present in the oven
