High Volume Air Oven
Blasdel Enterprises recently completed a Horizontal High Volume Air Oven to be incorporated with our customer’s conveyor system and used for curing foam gaskets. The oven has a 5 HP blower, rated at 5,000 CFM and one 40 KW duct heater. The oven is 12′ long and 4′ wide and has a temperature range of 140°F to 212°F. Recirculating air allows the oven to maintain temperature throughout the oven for uniform curing. Air is recirculated through a return plenum which helps keep temperature even and energy efficiency high.
