We have the testing panel set up in our shop.  We program the PLC (in this case) to the manufacturers specifications and direction.  We test all the functions of the oven controls, all the parts and measure and document everything.  We make notes to complete the user manual included with all the ovens and controls we sell.  Like our equipment, this user manual is custom written and designed for the end user.  Copies of it are provided electronically and in the door sleeve of the control panel.
