Blasdel Conveyorized Oven with Automatic Press Loader
Blasdel Enterprises has created a unique design for an industrial conveyorized oven with conveyor and automatic press loader for the automotive industry.
This system can be used for any industry which needs a conveyorized oven with top and bottom heat for their process.
A unique automatic press loader will the parts load into the press without the need of personnel loading and handling hot parts. Preventing parts from becoming damaged before getting into the press helps to eliminate rejects. With a pick and place loader on the entrance, this system becomes less workforce dependent.
Parts are heated uniformly with top and bottom heat. Oven is zoned with multiples zones to help with edge heating and custom parts processing. This zoning allows for many different charge sizes. Variable frequency drives allow for different recipes for multiple sizes and weights of parts.
With all of the flexibility of this conveyorized oven system, the customer will see a great return on investment (ROI). Many of our ovens are used for decades as we build our systems with heavy structural steel and quality parts.
