Custom Conveyors

Blasdel Enterprises, Inc. manufactures a variety of conveyors for use with our ovens or as stand alone units. By purchasing the conveyor with the oven, you are guaranteed that proper consideration has been given to the temperature requirements of the conveyor. Other manufacturers may try to cut costs by decreasing the ratings on the belt, resulting in downtime and higher maintenance costs.

Overhead conveyors can be incorporated into your oven processing line and horizontal belt conveyors can be implemented into the oven framework. Just provide your layout and we can quote this into a full system.

Turnkey System for Powder Coating — Blasdel Infrared Oven, Overhead Conveyor and Powder Booth

For belt conveyors, choose from stainless steel wire mesh belts, square mesh flat wire or round wire belts. A variety of woven or rubber compound belt options are also available. These can include butyl, Teflon, etc. They can be incorporated in a slider bed, roller bed (powered by gravity), chain on edge, or slat conveyor designs.
